Vinny's journey is one of true resilience. With a past shadowed by fear and uncertainty, he has found his way into the warmth of a loving foster home. His gentle spirit shines through with every wag of his tail. Wary at first, he was cautiously approaching for a quick lick or sniff and now, although still tentative, he is seeking affection and reassurance, opening his heart to his foster dad's kindness. Vinny definitely enjoys playful romps with the other dogs and loves being outdoors. His housebreaking manners and lack of destructiveness when left outside of his crate when Dad is gone for an hour or two speaks volumes about his inherent desire to please. Vinny is becoming the dog he was meant to be! Though adjustment challenges lie ahead when he goes to a new home,  Vinny's journey is one of hope and optimism. Vinny has just been treated for his heartworms and is recovering well. You know better he will require a fenced yard and would do best in a home with another friendly and playful dog.
